Eight people were killed, several others injured on Saturday when a gunman opened fire at an outlet mall in Allen, Texas. Dashcam Video shows the moment the alleged gunman got out of his car and began firing. Police have identified him as 33-year-old suspected neo-Nazi sympathizer. Authorities have not released a motive, but investigators are examining hundreds of social media posts that include racially or ethnically motivated extremist rhetoric.
