Is Michael Cohen a Liar?

Michael Cohen is an inveterate liar, a prodigious liar, and one of the nine convictions was lying to Congress. To think that this district attorney is making Michael Cohen, the pivotal star witness in the case against this Trump-up case against Trump, is absurd, and it's offensive. I would hope that Horace is right. I'm sorry, you can't bootstrap a campaign finance federal offense to a misdemeanor state crime that is itself in serious doubt.
