There's going to be some overlap there, I would imagine. And if Jack Smith's office's prosecution is broader than the Georgia one, it has the same facts or similar facts and yet it's taking on a broader set of laws that should take precedence over the Georgia prosecution. So if I were the state court judge, I would want to make sure that these federal cases go at the time that they need to go - even if that means pushing that case later.
