The Trailer Customization of the X and Y Demo

I was hoping that the menu system would be as good as our console. X and Y definitely had a better system than you know. I don't understand how this game company moves forward with things and then takes them away from us. They think they confirmed that there will be no character customization. What do you pick, Steve?
