The evolution of how we treat it from a public standpoint. The idea that you can actually see it on a CT scan and those types of things. Of course the education is clearly a huge component. It's important to give patients some instructions as far as what do they need to return to the emergency department for versus what are symptoms that are to be expected with a concussion right. If we're talking about a focal neurological deficit if we'retalking about some melons vomiting, difficulty speaking changes those are all things that are concerning for a possible intracranial lesion or brain bleed. Those are things that the symptoms should be directed to come back to the ER for.
