I think that I'm just a very sensitive person and I have people with anxiety in my family but I don't really. Is it like anxious about the futures anxious about what people think or how they're going to react? It's like all of the above... meditation has helped so much is because. You kind of especially with T.M. which is what I do like it just kind of makes everything so clear and all of that noise goes away.
