Mom's Mint in the Middles - My Favorite Christmas Treat

I would say I one of my favorite Christmas treats is every year my mom would make this recipe. They are called mom's mint in the middles. And they're like these double chocolate cookies with like one of those mint mint chocolate things and they're in the middle of it. Sounds a little too spicy for me but I get you. That is a bit spicy. Just a little smelly. Hot things. Really hot hot spicy hot. Yeah. Those are my favorite Christmas treat.
