Risk Versus Uncertainty

I think most people who've been around a while, they know what risk is. It's losing money, loss of capital. That's risk. Risk in the old days, we called it an earned. And I think that the market needs to be treated with a great deal of uncertainty. So you can't have a vote plays. The downside contributes to losses but upside volatility contributes to gains.
