You Are Not Your Thoughts
Most people don't detach themselves from their thoughts. They see themselves as their thoughts, but you are not your thoughts. You can consciously make yourself be more conscious to what would be unconscious thoughts. If you have a thought that you don't like, guess what? It is not you. Allowing yourself to realize that you are notyour thoughts, you then detach your self from what you are thinking and realize that you aren't your thoughts. So just as you are the watcher, the observer of the red triangle, you are also the observer of your thoughts.
