How to Exercise During the Workday
Laura says it's possible to exercise during the workday even if you work in a normal office from nine to five. If you can take a 30 minute lunch break five days a week, that adds up to a hundred 50 minutes. A lot of one on one meetings could be taken on a walking path or a sidewalk near your office. Any physical activity is better than nothing and the easiest thing to do is walk. State farm knows that being good neighbors means uplifting communities wherever their customers find themselves.
