Carol ISD in Southlake, Texas, recently voted to get out of the Texas Association of School Boards. Carol: "I've seen them push quite a bit of progressive ideology" She says she was shocked when they brought ACLU attorneys to talk to trustees about controversial issues. The board is supposed to be seven independent voices trying to make decisions for the community, Carroll says.
