The Supreme Court's Decision to Charge Community Colleges for Letting in Legacy Students

Massachusetts wants to ban or at least charge colleges for letting in legacies. If you don't like affirmative action you should like this move, says CNN's John Sutter. The money will be devoted to community colleges so they're essentially saying if you're going to deny middle-class students the chance to go to college then redistribute that opportunity away from elite universities and onto those who need it most.
