Is There an Infinite Number of Prime Numbers?
i used to hang out with mathematicians a lot, and they told me that there were an infinite number of prime numbers. You'll never find a rational number that when you square it, you get the number two. The square root of two is irrational. How do we know? Did you check em all ritat? Was my question. It's very hard to get across to students when they're first learning how to reason about mathematics.
