The Knighthood of the British Empire

In 2022 you accepted the knighthood. I don't need to remind you that it's KBE, Night of the British Empire. You said at the time it was really problematic. Why was that the case and why did you accept it? Well I mean I think there's a way in which if there's a recognition that's been given to one or more people who have made money from the slave trade as something that's important. Of course for me having taken a ward which has that title is problematic but we'll see what happens next.
