The Business Case for Healthy Places
There's a big section within the book on the business case for healthy places. I think it's fantastic to see the pandemic kind of spurred a change in thinking within real estate investment. But when we think about different kinds of buildings and who will be living and working in those, it becomes so much trickier. So there are lots of different models that can work - sometimes incentives through planning systems or changing the way developers approach healthy plans.
