"If you can actually get over and think long term, then your behaviour completely changes," says Nesenb. "I have the luxury of not having investors or other financial things, so it doesn't matter to me if we close six deals this month or five." He adds that companies should take a step back and evaluate what matters to them from a cultural perspective. 'People love people who help them solve issues,' he writes.
