Leadership is reallys really simple. And i've found it strange that there's so much noise around leadership,. It really comes down to a few basic things. I think anyone can lead, and i want people to know that. The world would be a signifiantly better place if we were well led by people who are there to serve us in all our best interests. So for me, leadership's everything. Where where you get unhappiness...you'll find an absence of leadership.
