I Hate Job Descriptions

Regan: I hate job descriptions. They're boxy. So the first thing that I really like to do with my team is actually ask them to build their own job description. Like here's the six things that are crucial for this role, but also how do you envision this role being bringing in your skills? The second thing that comes to mind is a lot of HR and people programs will support financing education. And lastly, onething that I really love that organizations do is volunteer it is. Not everybody can afford to take time off to go volunteer at their local shelter or take a week off togo volunteer abroad.
