If you are struggling for motivation, it may be a good idea to pick up some freelance clients. I would say Upwork is a somewhat solid way of getting new clients. You can also look around just your community where you're at. We didn't really talk about this too much, but I'm the treasurer and I run data visualizations showing the impact of the nonprofit.
