One of the things that i love the most is im truly happy customers will pro actively reach out and express their appreciation for a company. I've got in those emales directly from customers like so and so, emily on your team is sing i don't know what i would do without her. Often the volume is not massive there, but that's a huge um, like, that's an 11 on the n p s, yes. When you have customers that really love your brand so much that they're willing to bet, or they're willingness to wear a sweat shirt with your company logo on it, right? That's how you know you've built a beloved brand.
