Is There a Hierarchy of Needs?
This week's episode is all about setting yourself up for success. We start with a question from sam, who has been in business for five years. What would you recommend having in place before i hire anyone to help insure i set myself up, icet myself and them up for success? I currently have my mission in vision out. My current thought is to have areas responsibility, key results for those areas and benefits laid out. But the actual hiring piece for you is an employer, it's really important to have your values written out so that you can hire baseoff of those values - then train on those values.
