It turned out to be a transactional call saying that, you know, our weapons and our help to you might depend on on your giving me dirt on my political opponent. Did that make a material difference to kraine's ability to defend itself then? Well, it always makes a difference. If not materially, certainly signalling us support, because we are ukraine's strongest partner.
