The General Superintendent Is Playing Saviour With People
A complains, ow the general superintendent calms them down, and the leaves and goes to another job. And there really isn't any change of command or a o accountability through the general superintendent. Nothing ever gets fixed. No problems are addressed. The project never change or switches direction. All the road blocks and problems and issues stop and die with the general superintendent because he's playing saviour with people. He's being to nice and not holding people accountable.
