Investing in Companies That Share the Traits of Anti Fragility
Twitter engagement is inversely correlated to alpha. If something gets a lot of likes or retweets on Twitter, first of all, it's probably meaningless and it's probably just confirmation bias for most people. And so what I did was I wanted to start looking for companies that were anti fragile. But bringing companies that share the traits of anti fragility is not the same thing as constructing a portfolio that's anti fragile. So those are two different things. The reason that I don't do the portfolio strategy, there's two, one, I don't have the patience for it,. And two, I'm not smart enough to pull it off.
