If you learn how to balance your life, you will achieve at higher levels. When we're stressed, we secrete the stress hormone cortisal which destroys neurons in the memory center of the brain. You see these very young achievers, like forties, late forties, but they've been working 80 hours a week for a long time. They are burning out because they don't do much else. And i would say, ok, i have the same goal for you, but if you don't know how to slow down, you're going to burn out. I think our bodies give us feedback. It doesn't affect you all that much when you can travel every week and work
