How Do They Know Which Ones Are the Oldest?
This may very well be the oldest light we are able to see right now with the technology that we have. The universe is often described as being opaque because big objects hadn't formed yet. So this is just like a few hundred million yearsis. Just 300 million rss is a blink of an eye in terms of of how od it has travelled.
