Driving in Paris

In Paris it seems to be more of an everyday thing that you might bump into people's cars. French people or Parisian people get equally as angry if someone bumps into their car as a British person would. There is less space for parking here I don't know but I've certainly seen cars bumping into each other a bit more and I always thought is that strange isn't it?
