Joy Miller was the person who was leasing this town home and she was a complete heroin addict now prior to leasing this place. She ended up felling in love with Billy Devrol which was a drug dealer and they even called their whole gang the wonderland gang. Ron Lanias he was the leader of the wondersland gang and he also lived in this apartment or this town home. He decided hey I'm gonna deal I'm gonna bring back a bunch of drugs from Vietnam because it's cheaper here  I'm gonna bring it to the US and I’m gonna sell it right?
