Putting Players in Positions to Succeed

I obviously want to just put players in positions to succeed, given whatever situation they're in. That's the existing players that are on the pitch. And that's the players that are, that are coming from the bench. The only other thing is really important is that you create a mentality that if you're on the bench, it's not about being disappointed about not playing.
