Regional Banks Survived the Bank Run Concern
The bank run concern is by and large gone. But are they still an overhang? The commercial real estate situation, I think a lot of people at the height of the concerns really wanted to bring that up. It'll be 10 years before the entirety of the commercial real estate problem gets addressed and dealt with. We're probably seeing these banks still traded a significant discount relative to their earning potential.
