How to Maximize a Limited Number of Testers in a Beta Test

Beta is all about maximizing a limited number of testers and therefore we need them to participate from start to end. The nice thing about a Delta test is you're almost always testing on real customers because this is an update, this is something new. With the Beta, the entire product might be new, therefore you don't have those existing customers necessarily because nobody has it yet. So for a Delta, what we're looking for is people, we want to bring in enthusiastic people. But one difference, long-windedly getting at here is those people need to know that it's okay to leave at any time.
