What you think becomes what you speak. Your actions become your reality. If you change the way that you're talking to yourself on a long enough time line, now you will become what you repeat. And people are terrified of this idea. But i hope that you don't hear and recognize that like impostor sindrum's not real. I just did an episode on it. So much of what i believe is that you to be willing to just simply change the narrative. It really simply becomes in the moment, in this small, granular experience of time, can you be present to make a decision that moves you in a different direction?
