The Differences Between TOEFL and IELTS

TOWIC doesn't always cut it, and IELTS is more difficult. It tests more academic English. So yeah, even employers are starting to require it now. And does IELTS really test those spoken communication skills more even than TOEFL would you say? Or is it about the same?
