The IRS Was Cleaning Out People's Bank Accounts for Money Laundering

Some innocent owners, their property being used by someone else. Some people just had their property seized and didn't feel that they were going to be able to hire an attorney or go through the process of actually getting their stuff back. So presumably, this database would reveal some of those instances where somebody just has their property in a very real sense stolen from them.
