Public Private Partnerships Are Designed for Fairness
The public sector provides economic opportunities. And so the government does fordable housing by enlarge. Shouldn't a development opportunities in new york city, that is 69 % of of color, in 53 % female? shouldn't those opportunities be distributed reflective of the population demographics? They should be, and they can be. So that's why i like public private partnerships.
