The Benefits of a 20 to 30 Minute Meditation

Once you've become more accustomed to meditating something longer than five or 10 minutes, I would say 20 to 30 is really a great target zone. It's enough to have a deep effect yet not make one psychologically feel like they're devoting too much time to it. So we've got optimal frequency at between daily to five times a week. Yeah. What about optimal session length once you've worked up your tolerance? Yes.
