Are There Any Research Methods to Improve Motivation for Product Development?
A lot of products just assume that weight loss is always a good thing. I love doing interviews because people really are, i think, in many ways, the best judges of their own lives and their own needs. You can learn so much from talking with somebody in a semi structured way for 30 minutes or an hour. My favourite research method is the interview. But i also like to use them midway, as you're working on development. So sharing prototypes or screen mock ups,. but something that communicates what you're building - we sometimes call that either usability or desirability studies.
