Jen initially pursued a career as an actress, but realized her true passion was motivational speaking. This transformation began when she let go of a persona she had adopted during a heavy metal audition and started being herself.
After a significant change in her life, Jen started working in an upscale gym, initially as a cleaner, to achieve her goals. Her dedication and discipline during this period taught her the work ethic she needed. Subsequently, she built a six-figure physical training business.
Jen believes that fear is ever-present but can be harnessed to create what you desire. Confidence only grows when you embrace the fear of making mistakes and take action.
