You've probably heard that machines have been used to be almost like doctors, expert systems which can diagnose disease. But we do not know how to put too well that idea of the obviously useless. If we try to make too sharp the rule that it's useless, we miss sometimes a good opportunity that would have been a good thing. That's as far as we can go with that.
