Phemori can scan a person many, many times and show what kind of stimuli will increase activation. These regions respond more strongly when there's a picture and you see it,. And don't respond at the same intensity when there is a picture and osee it. So we have shown in a correlative way that the activation in the region predicts what subjects perceive. But we were never able to show directly that it's necessary or sufficient.
