The war chest tied to goals, not to risk tolerance. Our industry has an obsession with risk tolerance questionairs. This is a particularly cowardly move to c y a cover your assets but it's also an attempt to make the client do the work that they are paying you to do. Owning the world's greatest companies has always worked out. There will be years, or even multiple years, where the price of these companies goes down a lot.
