How to Retain Your Customers Forever
If you really cared about a doing what was best for the customer, you would say, hey, probably like, spent half as much and like, still gett mostly the same food. Next one that i defitily want to hit is on events specific to customers,. And so we see big companies blowing out this idea, like a user conference, or spending a ridiculous amount of money on it. I have a different kind of, like, idea of how i'd approach it.
