Then a week later, a load of lad to turn up at your house, and you pay the proper rent, the real rent, in cash to them. Now, these kind of things exist because people regard the government as being a joke. And therefore they think, wen, what's the point of giving them anyatout my hard earn money, when all they're gong to do is just give it to their mates? Once top becomes so corrupt, people think
