Five Differences: Standards and Expectations

Christian Cunningham and Laura Racky got into some great detail about Laura making a QUANTUM LEAP, and the difficulty she goes through when that happens.

We got deep into how FEAR, DOUBT, and ANXIETY block us from living our best possible lives, and some ways to get to the other side of it.

Christian outlined his 5 obvious differences between elite performing teams and poor performing teams. This is inspired by real world experience and about 50 books, but 5 dysfunctions is a good place to start.

Also discussed 'catching' ourselves arguing, and how it is clearly a sign that we're dysregulated in some way.
