Charlene's Life After Tim Dean's Abuse of His Three-Year-Old Daughter
Tim Dean had a three-year-old daughter from a previous marriage. He got in trouble after he was videoed slapping the child across the face. Charlene recorded the incident on a phone, and that information winds up getting out to some of Charlene's friends. As a result, police chief Dean lost custody of the young girl.
