"I basically judge the end of my day on. was I productive or unproductive that day," he said. "As long as I feel at the end of the day that I've been productive in some area whether in his marriage as a dad, as a business owner, as a podcast, if I've been productivity, it's a win." He says getting up an hour early is fine but don't try to stack your whole morning routine with self-care and meditation too much. 'If you have to wake up an hour earlier, suck a dick,' he advises parents who are not following their own routines.
