The Relationship Between NPS and Renewal

Renewal is out the window. I love you guys, but I got a new boss and we're being put on a corporate standard. NPS to me, the number of problems is role specific. And for a lot of companies, it's a random waiting. They'll just take all the people who responded at company Z,. aggregate them together, give you an average. So what was it? Oh, expansion was another one. That's kind of the dream customer. But I just think it begs this awesome question that most people don't think enough about.
