How to Pick Your Children Up

I was gonna ask Dan like a natural question for me that comes from that is what are some other ways it means to pick your children up. What does that look like in everyday life? One of the things that can be really helpful I think is to bring level-headed ness to situations right so just like you know the box are being beat up in the boxing ring the trainer is separate from that right he's not the one getting punched in the face. Just like my younger kids they're emotional they're probably causing a fuss of some sort or in a fight or you know even in in guys that are that are young they're out there working hard and trying to feed their family.
