The Administration's Special Parole Program

Laura Reese is the director of Border Security Immigration Center at the Heritage Foundation. She says there's a special parole program for communist countries like Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela. They're considered inadmissible, which immigration law is needlessly confusing, she said.
