NARA's False and Misleading Statements About Trump's Boxes
On December 29, 2021, Trump employee two texted a Trump representative who was in contact with NARA. The next day, Trump representative one replied in two successive text messages. When interviewed by the FBI in May 2022 regarding the location and movement of boxes before production to NARA, NARA made false and misleading statements as set forth in count 38 of this indictment.
